Nourish The New: Happy Spring Gathering is an event where we explore what true nourishment really is – from colorful, organic and life-giving food to ceremonial cacao, stillness, rest, scent, sound, and a communal dinner.
We explore how we can support ourselves in this season of spring, all while being in a calm and supportive space.
A day for filling your inner cup and nourish your whole being.

This evening is curated from the idea that nourishment happens on many levels:

Happy Foods was founded by Irina Smit in 2014. A true food enthusiast and self-described “food nerd,” Irina is passionate about creating clean, nourishing food made from scratch using pure, high-quality ingredients. Her philosophy is simple: food should be minimally processed, free from unnecessary additives — and full of color, because colorful food brings joy.
Happy Foods isn’t about fitting into strict labels. The focus is on food that tastes good, nourishes the body, and delights the senses. Everything is made fresh in-house, with a menu that is mostly plant-based, gluten-free, and dairy-free. Happy Foods also prioritizes local Norwegian suppliers, seasonal ingredients, and a deep connection to where the food comes from — sometimes even harvesting directly from the farms themselves.

Vilde is a passionate spaceholder dedicated to holistic health, wellness and deep connection. With a huge interest in nourishment, healing, meditation and nature, she blends ancient wisdom and modern practices to create experiences that make an impact. With heart-centered connection as the base of her events, Vilde holds space for others to slow down, tune in and transform.
She has her background in the service industry, food & beverages, personal training, creative work and photography. She is the co-founder of The Vexa Experience and has been an entrepreneur for 5 years. She is a trained Cacao Ceremony Facilitator, and has worked with cacao in circles since 2024.
