A winter micro-retreat with Vilde Vollevik, founder of Velora

I am repeating the success of the micro-retreat Reset + Manifest and opening up 10 spots for a sunday full of manifestation, vision and heart activation.

This micro-retreat is designed to help you align with your dreams, manifest your goals, and create a powerful vision for 2026. We will explore mindfulness practices like meditation and visualization, learn powerful manifestation exercises, and do some creative exploration by creating our unique vision boards for 2026. A nourishing lunch will be served, and we’re closing the workshop together with a powerful cacao ceremony, where we integrate everything we’ve learnt, dreamt and visioned.

The plan for the day:

  • Opening circle with welcome tea and intuitive card picking.

  • Meditation and visualization to release 2025 and invite fresh energy for 2026.

  • I share my favorite manifestation techniques and exercises you can use to align with your goals for the new year.

  • A nourishing lunch to energize our bodies, heads and hearts.

  • Vision board creation – we gather around the table to create beautiful vision boards made by your chosen pictures.

  • Heart-opening cacao ceremony to activate gratitude, so that we can integrate goals and dreams for the future.

  • Closing circle.

What’s included:

  • A delicious plant-based lunch, water, and tea.

  • An A3 sheet for your vision board.

  • Three A4 sheets with your chosen images (send me a PDF, and I’ll print them for you).

  • Access to magazines and a wide variety of printed images for your vision board.

  • Access to glue and pens, you bring your own scissors.

  • Ceremonial cacao for the cacao ceremony.

  • A small goodie bag to take the soul circle vibe home with you.

Optional: A frame to display your vision board – let me know some days before the circle if you want this.
