Who is Self-care Saturday for?

My-Hanh Toung
My-Hanh comes from a corporate background where she used to work in a fast-paced environment. Yoga has therefore become her oasis – a space where she can find peace in both body and mind.
Through her practice, she has discovered balance and harmony not only on the mat, but also off it. As a yoga teacher, she has a genuine desire to make yoga accessible and inclusive for everyone and to create a safe space where people can ground themselves in their bodies and minds, regardless of their starting point.
My-Hanh will take you through a soothing and calming yoga class designed to help you unwind, rejuvenate, and restore your energy. The class start with gentle movements to connect with the body, gradually progressing into longer poses that release tension from both the body and mind. With gentle massage and the use of essential oils throughout the class, you will be supported in sinking deeper into relaxation and mindfulness.
Cacao Ceremony Facilitator
Vilde Vollevik
Vilde is a photographer, food enthusiast and space holder with a deep passion for creating meaningful experiences. She explores the intersection of nature, nourish, presence, connection – with an approach that is gentle and warm.
Vilde uses tools like cacao, mindfulness, sound, taste, herbs and shamanic practice to create an unique experience. For this event she will guide us through a sacred cacao ceremony and guided meditation and visualization.
